NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

* The items should be unused.

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

* Products bought during sale are non-refundable

* Product can be returned/exchanged only in case of manufacturing defect, wrong Item, wrong SKU or specification or any defect/damage during shipment.

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy :

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Return Policy :

1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@curryns.in mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.

2. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

3. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@curryns.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.

4. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

5. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

6. The shipping charges for sending the products back have to be borne by the customer.

7. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team.

8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges

9. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot encash it later.

11. For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to the registered email and contact number. In case of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link.

12. Cash On Delivery (COD) will be applicable for orders above ₹999/- on a single order. Customers can avail COD facility only after the pending COD orders is delivered successfully.

13. In case of multiple orders from same person, the first COD pending order will be considered and remaining order might stand cancelled.
